Holiday Card 2020

Art by Annabel Lee, UW Class of 2021

Dear Student Life Supporters,

Wherever you find yourself this holiday season, we in the UW Division of Student Life want to extend our warmest wishes to you and your loved ones.

In a year marked by uncommon challenges and physical separation, we are reminded now more than ever of the importance of remaining connected and working together, even when apart.

Thanks to the generous support of many, we have been able to deliver unprecedented wraparound support for students who, along with their families, are navigating extraordinary trials and complexities.

Below are just a few big achievements from the 2019-20 year…

COUNSELING AND MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES

have been enhanced and streamlined to improve students’ access to mental health resources.

THE CAREER & INTERNSHIP CENTER

adapted its range of services for the pandemic to make sure students are getting the career preparation they need.

THE UW FOOD PANTRY

distributed 50,000+ pounds of food, expanded food rescue operations, and strengthened the continuum of support with key community resources.

Initiatives like these are making a meaningful difference in the lives of students, and they wouldn’t be possible without your generosity. Happy holidays, from our Husky home to yours.

Go Dawgs!
