PANELS OF PARENT LEADERS WILL SHARE THEIR EXPERIENCES AND PERSPECTIVES ON EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION, THE CHILD WELFARE SYSTEM, PUBLIC BENEFITS, THE CRIMINAL JUSTICE SYSTEM, ACCESS TO HIGHER EDUCATION, AND THE PUBLIC SCHOOL SYSTEM.
