UW Study Abroad Fair 2025
Join us at the annual UW Study Abroad Fair. Whether your planning for a few years from now, or looking for a program to participate in soon, this event is a great opportunity for you to gather information about UW study abroad options and learn how to apply.
Thursday, January 16, 2025 – 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. – HUB | North Ballroom
At the UW Study Abroad Fair, you can:
- meet faculty and staff leading UW study abroad programs
- speak with representatives from program providers such as CIEE, SIT, etc.
- learn more about exchange programs and meet with incoming and outgoing participants
- attend information sessions on how to get started with study abroad
- attend information sessions on scholarships and how to fund your study abroad program
Scheduled Study Abroad Fair Information Sessions
Take a break from the HUB Ballroom and attend an information session, where you can learn more about how study abroad works, how to find a program, and how to afford the cost.

This info session is an intro to study abroad options and guidance on what do do next.
