The 2025 UW Study Abroad Fair will be Thursday, January 16, 2025 – 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. – HUB | North Ballroom
This event is a great opportunity for students to learn more about UW study abroad options. At the UW Study Abroad Fair, you can:
- meet faculty and staff leading UW study abroad programs
- speak with representatives from program providers such as CIEE, SIT, etc.
- learn more about exchange programs and meet with incoming and outgoing participants
- attend information sessions on how to get started with study abroad
- attend information sessions on scholarships and how to fund your study abroad program.

Take a break from the HUB Ballroom and attend an information session, where you can learn more about how study abroad works, how to find a program, and how to afford the cost.
