Support and resources are available to every member of the UW community, at all campuses and locations, whether or not you make a report or request an investigation.

Safety Planning

SafeCampus offers consultation and support when you have safety and well-being concerns for yourself or others. You can request anonymity when contacting SafeCampus. SafeCampus is available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 206-685-7233.

UW Bothell Campus Safety provides 24/7 safety and security support for the UW Bothell campus and community.

UW Police Department also provides non-emergency services and also an anonymous tip line.

UW Night Ride Shuttle provides a fare-free, safe and easy way for Husky Card holders to get home at night within its service areas.

Husky SafeTrip provides safe vehicle escorts at night with a uniformed security guard for students, faculty and staff within its service areas.

UW Tacoma Campus Safety & Security provides 24/7 safety and security support for the UW Tacoma campus and community.

UW Counseling Support

Mental health counseling may assist with an individual’s healing process. Students can seek short-term counseling offered by the University or request referrals to off-campus counseling services.

Benefits-eligible employees may also seek referrals to counseling support via the WA Employee Assistance Program.
