Transfer Students

How to Get Connected to Research as a New Transfer Student to UW

The Office of Undergraduate Research is committed to transfer student success and recognizes that it can be challenging as a new transfer student to rapidly build a support network, meet faculty mentors, and become involved in research. Our team believes that research is for everyone and that it is never too early or too late to engage in research opportunities. For recommendations on how to get involved in research as a new transfer student, check out our Research Tips for Transfer Students one-pager.
