Available Opportunities
Before the Event
Support material preparation for students, including making packets, name tags, etc.
Help setup tables and the physical environment as well as support early registration with student presenters.
Day of Event
Support students day-of to register, get their materials, and support general inquiry for morning-of.
Set-up initial easels, signage, guidance, etc.
Transitioning from registration to an information desk, open to UAA staff and invited guests, support the volunteer team and anyone seeking information, direction, etc.
Stand as an oral presentations moderator for students, introducing them and supporting Q&A.
Support oral presentation students and moderators, specifically in technology and set-up.
Help with signage, greeting and guiding visitors, engaging with presenters, and poster transition.
