INFO SESSIONS
As we start the academic year, we are hosting a series of information sessions for students who are curious about presenting at Symposium and want to know more about the event and the application process.
The Office of Undergraduate Research will host one session in Autumn Quarter and two in Winter Quarter to prepare you for Symposium! Sign-up to attend below!

The application will open on January 8, 2025 and will be due on February 21, 2025. Access the 2025 application and utilize application resources — such as statement guidelines, info session opportunities, and abstract workshops.

REVISE
The revision window for presenters will open from March 31 – April 4, 2025. This will be a chance to update your project information with any research updates or revisions, per the guidance of your mentor. Please utilize our guidelines and feedback from your mentor(s) and our office (if applicable) to do so.

REGISTER
After the revision window closes, the deadline for all applicants to register as a presenter will be April 11, 2025. Complete this step in the application portal!

PRESENT
Prepare and present at the big day! The 2025 Undergraduate Research Symposium will take place on May 16, 2025. Use workshops and presenter resources to prepare.
