A new Interest Group: The Clean Beach Team

The Clean Beach Team offers an opportunity to be outdoors, walking the beach among friends, and doing something helpful for the environment—all at the same time.  We will meet every 2^nd and 4^th Thursday on both saltwater and fresh water beaches.  We will send an e-mail two days before, on Tuesdays, with the time, meeting location and weather forecast.  Clean Beach Team cleaners will bring their own garbage bags, but if someone forgets to bring them, we will have bags to share. We recommend wearing sturdy hiking boots and working gloves.
