To the UWFA Membership from the UWFA Nominating Committee

Our Annual Meeting will be held virtually on Zoom on April 11, 2022, 1 p.m. We will use email and US mail to carry out the election of the Board of Directors for the UWFA 2022-2023 term, according to Article IV, Section 7, of our By-Laws.

An election for next year’s President will occur at the April 4, 2022, Board of Directors meeting. Results of that election will be announced at the Annual Meeting.

At this point, we ask for nominations from the “floor,” as is the protocol described in our By-Laws, Article IV, Section 5. If you have a nomination for any of these positions, please let Nancy Kenagy, nancykenagy@gmail.com, know by midnight, Monday, March 21, 2022.

After our final Proposed Slate has been determined, you will receive an email ballot and be asked to submit your vote by April 9, 2022. Directions for voting will be included. Please watch for this email ballot to vote for our UWFA Board of Directors.
