Recognition Roundup by Kris Jaeger and Kyra Worrell LINQ Linda Braziel (Payroll) was awarded a LINQ
award on August 26, 2002 for the qualities of Trustworthy, Trusting
of others, Approachable, and Inspiring. As a leader, Linda is committed
to her employee’s advancement and customer service improvements.
According to one person in the payroll department, “Linda keeps
an eye open for opportunities.” Christa Woodhull (Payroll) was awarded a QSTEP on August 8, 2002 for the quality of Committed. Christa always has the best interest of her department in mind. As a prior member of the RQT, she works to “create an atmosphere of recognition in the office.” Christa is always willing to accept new challenges and works hard to maintain “professional and friendly” relationships with customers and coworkers. Heidi Anderson (Student Fiscal Services) was awarded a QSTEP on August 26, 2002 for the quality of Collaborative. She takes initiative to learn new processes during times of transition within her department. Heidi was an active participant in the Rapid Process Improvement Workshop to review the scholarship process.
