iSchool Alumni Have a Strong Rate of Giving

Magnet 2006Magnet 2005As the University of Washington’s Campaign UW: Creating Futures continues, one of the highest rates of alumni support is coming from our iSchool alumni!  Each year, between 21 and 25% of your fellow iSchool alumni are making a gift in support of the University and the School.   Because of this fantastic level of support, the iSchool has already raised nearly 75% of our $5 million goal!

As a reminder, we are recognizing each of you who make a gift to the iSchool for the rest of the campaign with a small token of thanks, a series of magnets featuring scenes from the beautiful and historic Seattle campus.  These magnets are sent to our donor once a year, during summer quarter, to everyone who gave during the previous twelve months.  This summer’s magnet is a scene of the famous columns, saved from the original UW building (and namesake of our alumni magazine, Columns).  Look for it in your August mail!

We have a few extra copies of last year’s magnet, featuring Parrington Hall.  Donors who missed that one can contact Lane Hatfield in the Development and Alumni Relations office at lhatfiel@u.washington.edu or 206.543-6833 – first come, first served.

Thank you again for being a part of our iSchool community and supporting our students and faculty!
