Top Rankings from U.S. News and World Report!
U.S. News and World Report ranks the iSchool's Library and Information Science Program #4 in the nation!
The #4 ranking is a huge jump from our 18th place ranking in 1998 (the last time LIS programs were ranked by U.S. News and World Report). This impressive ranking reflects the many changes and tremendous growth we've experienced since becoming the Information School.
"This is strong validation of Mike Eisenberg's vision for library and information science education," said iSchool dean Harry Bruce. "Ranked 4th in the nation, our Information School is now poised to have an even greater positive impact on the future of libraries and librarianship."
