SAGE System Updates: Award Modifications Now Available!

The SAGE team has completed work in SAGE and the system is back online. We are excited to share that the new SAGE Award Modification tool is now live! Please refer to the following release summary and resources. Note that this is one of multiple planned releases for Award Modification Requests. Future releases will focus on incorporating linked award budgets into modifications.

SAGE Release Summary

• Award Modifications: Campus and the Office of Sponsored Programs (OSP) will be able to create and route Award Modifications, and filter modification requests by request type and status from the Award Requests list.
  • Award Modifications in SAGE Job Aid
  • Award Modifications User Guide: The “Create a Modification Request” guide is now available. Additional guides will roll out later this week.
  • Award Changes Webpage: Guidance and instructions for completing Modification requests.
• Award Requests List: Campus, OSP, and Grant & Contract Accounting (GCA) can now view OSP/GCA assignees from the Award Requests List. OSP and GCA can filter the “Assigned To” columns by staff member or team assigned to their requests.
