GIM 19 Update for Sponsor Due Dates Between 7/06-7/12

To accommodate the upcoming Workday Finance release and SAGE downtime from 7/05 at 5:35 p.m.through 7/07 at 6 a.m., we have some GIM 19 updates.

eGC1 proposals for sponsor due dates between 7/06-7/12 must be IN OSP status and marked Ready-to-Submit by 5 p.m. on the following revised GIM 19 dates.

When Sponsor deadline is:

• 7/06: eGC1 must be IN OSP with RTS=YES by 5 p.m. on 6/29
• 7/07: eGC1 must be IN OSP with RTS=YES by 5 p.m. on 6/30
• 7/10: eGC1 must be IN OSP with RTS=YES by 5 p.m on 7/03
• 7/11: eGC1 must be IN OSP with RTS=YES by 5 p.m.on 7/05
• 7/12: eGC1 must be IN OSP with RTS=YES by 5 p.m.on 7/07
