Grad School Assistance with Table 8A now available!

A report has been developed by the Graduate School containing grant appointee data for Table8A pt1. It is a self-service web-based report accessible on demand.

Notes:
• Request permission to access by sending email to the Graduate School reporting alias (gsrpts@uw.edu) with the subject line: “Access to NIH T32 Table 8A pt. 1 report.” Permissions could take 24 hours to propagate.
• You must be logged in with you UW NETID account (ex. NETID\johndoe) to access the report.
• If you are accessing the report using a Mac, please use the Safari browser.
• EDW Access to HR Baseline and ST Baseline data is required.

Data note: during the periods between academic quarters, any student that is new or has pending registration changes to Class, NCR status, Major or Residency will not be included in the dataset until data is synchronized in the UWSDBDataStore for first day processing. This is usually a couple of days before the beginning of each quarter.

After the report is generated you will have the ability to export the report to multiple formats.
