Each quarter you must complete the insurance and optional charges
section before you will be able to register. It is also suggested that
you review your address information at this time to make
sure it is up-to-date and accurate. Mailings will be sent to either you
local or permanent address
Also check to the catagory
"Address usage for mailings" because your quarterly validation sticker and
U-Pass will be mailed according to the address location indicated here.
