Insurance and Optional Charges
You must select one of the student insurance options and indicate
whether you wish to contribute toward the Washington
Public Interest Research Group (WashPIRG) or Affordable Tuition Now (ATN).
You may also indicate your membership with the Associated Students of
the University of Washington.
After selecting the appropriate radio buttons, click the
Submit button at the bottom of the page.
